From humble beginnings of being Kanye West’s personal barber to his current position as one of the creative minds behind DONDA, entrepreneur Ibn Jasper took to the social media platform, Instagram, to announce his position as Diamond Supply Co.‘s Conceptual Designer for the newly launched Black Tag line. During the fall 2012 campaign, Diamond Supply Co. and Ibn Jasper teamed up on the successful launch of their collaborative capsule collection. With the anticipation of what is next for the Black Tag line, be on the lookout for the return of the eponymous Ibn Jasper shoe in November. The sneaker, teased here, will feature an upper that consists of premium oiled suede complimenting buffalo plaid and gold hardware. Using a mixture of genuine chocolate leather accents atop a classic gum sole, quality is the staple of the Black Tag line. Stay tuned for what’s next between Diamond Supply Co. and Ibn Jasper.
